Directors
John Bovard - Non-Executive Chairman
BE Civil, FAusIMM, FAICD
Mr Bovard is a civil engineer with over 40 years experience in mining, heavy construction, project development and corporate management
His career has included roles as CEO of public companies and both executive and non-executive directorships. He holds a bachelor of civil engineering, is a fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Recent roles include CEO of Australian Solomons Gold and non-executive chairman of Axiom Mining.
Prior to that John spent over four years and CEO of Asia Pacific Resources Ltd developing a large potash resource in Thailand. Other directorships have included Danae Resources N L. (managing director) and Greenwich Resources plc. He was project manager for the $A800 million Queensland fertiliser project for Western Mining Corporation (WMC) situated south of Mount Isa.
Previous experience includes the Porgera mine, the Super Pit at Kalgoorlie and work with a number of junior companies resources bringing them into commercial production.
Peter Spiers - Managing Director
BSc (Hons - Geol), MAusIMM
Mr Spiers is a qualified geologist with in excess of 20 years of experience in the resources industry.
Peter has substantial operations and exploration experience having worked in a wide range of commodities and operating environments both within Australia and offshore.
A significant proportion of his career to date was spent with WMC where he held numerous senior technical and commercial roles. His most recent role was Group Manager - Business Development, where he managed the targeting and evaluation of major mineral investment opportunities including copper, gold, nickel, iron ore, mineral sands, coal and other industrial minerals.
Previously Peter was also responsible for WMC's operations strategic planning which included planning oversight for a multi-billion dollar asset portfolio comprising the company's nickel, copper-gold-ura
More recently Peter held and executive position with ASX listed Atlas Group Holdings Limited where he was focussed on the development of business-wide improvement initiatives and the definition of strategies for growth.
Nicholas Mather - Non-Executive Director
BSc (Hons - Geol), MAusIMM
Mr Mather's special area of experience and expertise is the generation of and entry into undervalued or unrecognized resource exploration opportunities. He has been involved in the junior resource sector at all levels for more than 25 years. In that time he has been instrumental in the delivery of major resource projects that have delivered significant gains to shareholders. As an investor, securing projects and financiers, leading exploration campaigns and managing emerging resource companies, Nick brings a wealth of valuable experience.
He is currently CEO (and founder) of Solomon Gold plc (AIM), Managing Director (and founder) of D'Aguilar Gold Ltd (ASX), Non-Executive Director of Bow Energy Ltd (ASX) and Non-Executive Chairman (and founder) of Waratah Coal Inc (TSX-V).
As an Executive Director (and co-founder) of Arrow Energy NL until 2004, Nick was responsible for the generation of its Surat Basin Coal Bed Methane project. Arrow Energy now has a market capitalisation of over $3.2 billion.
Previously as CEO of BeMax Resources NL, Nick was instrumental in the discovery of the company's Pooncarie mineral sands project in 1998. BeMax Resources now has a market capitalisation of over $275 million.

Mr Muscillo is a Senior Associate specialising in Corporate law with Hopgood Ganim Lawyers. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 2004 and has a practice focusing almost exclusively in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.

Mr Cornish is an accomplished and highly efficient corporate administrator and manager. He has many years experience in pivotal management roles in capital raisings and stock exchange listings for numerous companies on the ASX, AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange. He has also focused on the areas of company reporting and company regulatory, secretarial and governance areas, and business acquisition and disposal due diligence. Andrew Bowden - General Manager - Exploration

Mr Bowden is a Chartered Geologist with over 30 years international experience in mineral exploration for a wide range of commodities. Andrew has a successful exploration history including the discovery of the Kayelekera uranium-in-sand
Andrew was previously Manager for Geology for the United Kingdom's site selection programme for radioactive waste disposal and later set up his own consultancy providing geological services to the mineral and petroleum sectors in the UK and to the radioactive waste disposal sectors in the UK and Japan.
More recently Andrew has based his consultancy in Brisbane specializing in uranium exploration and resource estimation for which he holds Competent Person status under the JORC Code.
