Isa North Project

Location:

110 - 200km NNW of Mount Isa

Tenement Area:

1,379km2

Ownership:

100%

Primary Target:

copper, zinc

multiple geophysical and geochemical targets

high order Cu and Zn geochemistry in streams, soils and rock chips

close proximity to mineralised Mount Isa - Gunpowder Fault system

limited drill testing

The Isa North Project tenements overlie the projected northern extension of the Mt Isa - Gunpowder Fault Zone, and rocks of the Mount Isa Western Fold Belt succession.

The Isa North Project tenements are considered prospective for Mount Isa-style copper deposits, sediment-hosted zinc deposits, and uranium deposits (granite hosted and vein breccias style). Numerous significant deposits (owned by third parties) of the target types are located to the south and west of the Company's main tenement area.

Within the project area Proterozoic aged target rocks generally outcrop or are covered by only a thin layer of younger sedimentary cover. For this reason historical exploration has been more intense than in covered areas to the north. Exploration targets have been identified through a review of historical data sets to identify anomalies in favourable geological settings where prior exploration has been inadequate or incomplete.

Multiple exploration targets have been defined by the Company comprising a mix of geochemical and geophysical anomalies. A summary of key target attributes is included in the table below.

Proposed future exploration activities will include surface mapping, geochemical sampling, geophysical surveys (including TEM) and RC and diamond drilling.

Prospect Commodity Key Features
Johnnies Copper 500m x 100m copper in soil anomaly (+50ppm Cu), open along strike.  Six select rock chip samples in the core of the anomaly returned >1% Cu, with a maximum value of 19.6% Cu.
Camelback East Copper Open ended Cu soil anomaly over 500m+ strike length.  Coincident GEOTEM anomaly.
Mount Fox Copper Copper (malachite) showing within a variable width (1-4m thick) quartz vein exposed along a 50m strike length.
Crescent

Uranium, Gold

300m x 20m gold in soil anomaly (max 64ppb Au) and adjacent radiometric (uranium) anomaly.
Mount Fox Uranium 5km x 2km radiometric (uranium) anomaly in granite, cross cutting local stratigraphy.
Pancake Zinc 1,100m x 200m + 1,000ppm zinc in soil anomaly. Partially drilled but open along strike.
The Wall

Copper, Zinc

Coincident GEOTEM / soil anomaly including max 7,163ppm Zn, 1,464ppm Cu, and 2,023ppm Pb.
