Mt Isa Metals has assembled a substantial portfolio of exploration tenements across north-west Queensland, focussed on the world-class Mt Isa Mineral Province

The Mt Isa region is recognised as one of the world's premier mineral provinces. Exploration in the region has produced a number of significant mineral discoveries in recent years including iron-oxide copper gold deposits, uranium deposits, silver-lead-zinc deposit and complex base metal rare earth element associated deposits.  

The Company's exploration interests in the Mt Isa region are grouped into a number of discrete project areas, the location and target commodities for the various project areas are summarised below.
